These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Prosperum. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Prosperum is a wellness app designed to help you build a daily ritual around prosperity, gratitude and personal goals. Prosperum is not a financial advisor, does not provide investment advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Prosperum.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of the content you create inside Prosperum. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content so that we can operate the service for you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
5. Subscription and payments
Certain features are available under a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your app store account.
6. Disclaimer
Prosperum is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperum and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Prosperum means you accept the updated terms.
